Product covered: Solitaire Cup mobile app, including Crystals Soft Cup.

1. Who we are

Konnen Intelligence GmbH operates Solitaire Cup. For GDPR purposes we are the controller of personal data processed in connection with the App, unless a platform (e.g. Apple) acts as independent controller for its own services.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

Account / auth: phone number, verification codes, account identifiers, login timestamps.
Profile & play: display name/avatar if used, tournament participation, scores, Crystals balance and transaction history, device/app version.
Location (when enabled): country / region derived from Location Services to apply feature and geo rules (including Soft vs other modes).
Purchases: purchase tokens / receipts from Apple (or other processors); we do not receive full card numbers from Apple IAP.
Diagnostics / analytics: crash logs, performance, and product analytics if enabled (e.g. crash reporting or event analytics SDKs).
Support: information you send to support.

3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)

Provide the App and Soft Cup tournaments (contract / Art. 6(1)(b)).
Security, fraud prevention, fair play (legitimate interests / Art. 6(1)(f); legal obligation where applicable).
Geo / mode availability (contract and legitimate interests; consent where Location Services require it).
Purchases & accounting (contract; legal obligation).
Improve stability and product (legitimate interests; consent where required for non-essential analytics).

4. Sharing

We may share data with processors who help us run the App (hosting, databases, analytics/crash tools, customer support tools) under contracts. Platform providers (Apple) process data under their own terms when you use Sign in / IAP / OS services. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

If data is processed outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal retention for transactions, then delete or anonymise where feasible.

7. Your rights

Where GDPR (or similar law) applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact .

8. Children

The App is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; the effective date above will change. Material changes may be highlighted in-app where appropriate.
