You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The App is not directed to children.
You may need to register (for example with a mobile number) and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal/compliance reasons.
Crystals or related items may be offered via Apple In-App Purchase or other payment methods we enable. Purchases are subject to the platform’s payment terms. Soft currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain subject to these Terms. Except where required by law or platform policy, Crystals purchases are non-refundable.
No bots, cheating, exploits, collusion, or unauthorized automation. We may cancel tournaments, void results, remove Crystals, or ban accounts where we reasonably suspect unfair play. Underfilled or invalid tournaments may be cancelled with entry Crystals returned as described in-app.
Features may depend on location, device settings, and our availability matrix. Crystals Soft Cup may be offered where cash play is not available. You must not misrepresent your location.
The App, branding, and content are owned by Konnen or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App as offered.
The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires a different process.
